Located South of Cancun,  the El Dorado Royale is a 5 star property.  Voted one of Conde Nast traveler´s Top 100 Hotels in the world, El Dorado Royale, a Spa Resort, by Karisma is Mexico's premier adults-only, beachfront resort where couples, wedding parties and honeymooners savor a Karisma Gourmet Inclusive® Experience, a vacation that fosters togetherness. Luxuriously romantic, stretching along a secluded beach, the resort provides indulgences from gourmet cuisine, to swim-up suites, to a lavish spa and concierge service. Located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, facing the beautiful Mexican Caribbean. 25 minutes south of Cancun International Airport, 15 minutes north of Playa del Carmen, just 10 minutes away from “Mayakoba championship” golf course, 25 minutes away from the "Playacar Golf Club" and numerous wonderful sinkholes (Cenotes), 5 minutes south from Puerto Morelos and 35 minutes south of downtown Cancun.

Guests attending the wedding may stay at either the El Dorado Royale or the adjoining El Dorado Casitas Royale both of which are adult only properties.  Guests with children may stay at the Generations Riviera Maya which is also adjoining.  Adults staying at the Generations Riviera Maya will have access to all the restaurants and facilities of the adjoining El Dorado Royale and also guests staying at the El Dorado Royale or El Dorado Casitas Royale will have access to all the restaurants and facilities of the Generations Riviera Maya.  Kids are not allowed at the El Dorado Royale or El Dorado Casitas Royale - or at the wedding festivities at the El Dorado Royale.  If you plan on bringing children, you must make arrangements with the kids club at Generations or hire a baby sitter to watch them while you are away.

All wedding events will be held at the El Dorado Royale, but all 3 resorts share pools, bars, beaches, and restaurants.  Kids are not allowed in the adult resorts.

RATES: Below are special rates that are only available through Travel Lifestyles.  The rates include round trip transportation from Cancun airport to the resort and complimentary wifi. They also include all meals, drinks, offered water sports, taxes and gratuities. We can add flights from various origins if you so need and in many cases we will get special pricing for flights booked with the resort.

Each room will also receive a $250 Resort Credit: 5 x $20 WINE credits / 2 x $50 SPA credits towards a massage / 1 x $50 CANDLE LIGHT DINNER credit. Credits are per room, per stay. Credits are not combinable with any other credit or voucher. Candlelight dinner credit not valid on Lobster Menu.  

Single - 1 person per room;  Double - 2 persons per room; Triple - 3 persons per room.

Generations allows a max of 2 adults, 1 junior and 1 child per room for the categories shown.

El Dorado Royale allows a max of 3 adults per room in the Jacuzzi Jr Ste only

El Dorado Casitas Royale allows a max of 2 adults per room in all categories

Rates below are PER PERSON including all taxes and gratuities - total for the number of nights shown on top of the column.

Hotel stay requires a minimum of 3 nights.  Child and junior rates are based on having 2 adults in the room.

DEPOSIT is due by October 1, 2016

The deposit is $50 per person for hotel only.  When the flights are added there is an additional deposit due which would be between $200 more up to the cost of the flights and this depends on the airline chosen.

Final Payment is due by April 1, 2017 or prior.

FLIGHTS:  We can add flights to your hotel stay from various origins.  The advantage to you is it would be coordinated with your transfers and you can purchase insurance for the entire package for a reasonable cost.

INSURANCE

Insurance for your trip which allows cancellation for any reason prior to departure for a full refund (less the cost of the insurance) and also covers you during travel for baggage, accidents, health etc. is available as below:

Hotel stay only for 3-4 nights: $59.99 per adult and $29.99 per child

Hotel stay only for 5 nights or more: $89.99 per adult and $49.99 per child

Hotel and flight for 3-4 nights: $79.99 per adult and $39.99 per child

Hotel and flight for 5 nights or more: $129.99 per adult and $59.99 per child

CANCELLATION WITHOUT INSURANCE

Cancellation for hotel only 67 days or more prior to departure or prior to the final payment date- $50 per person penalty.  Once flights are added then cancellation 67 days or more prior to departure penalty is $250 per person up to the cost of the flights plus $50 for the hotel cancellation.  For cancellations once flights are added 37 to 64 days prior to departure, the fee is $300 per person up to the cost of the flights plus $100.for the hotel cancellation.   For cancellations 36 days or less prior to departure date, the flights are non-refundable and so is the hotel.  The cost of the flights may be used for up to 1 year from the date of issue of the tickets after paying the airline penalties for the changes.

IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

All visitors to Mexico now require a valid PASSPORT - must be valid over the period of travel.  If anyone is a non-US citizen, then a visa may or may not be required.  Please check with me to verify.  If you need any details on how to obtain an expedited Passport or otherwise, please contact me.  If you do not have a Passport, please apply at least 6 months in advance at your local Post Office.

We do understand that rates fluctuate and sometimes you may find a lower rate at a particular date elsewhere.  Please advise us and we will match any legitimate rate for the same parameters.  This way the group stays cohesive and everyone gets the benefits of booking as a group.
